Technical partnership
I take part in product and technical decisions, design the architecture, develop key components, and lead the project’s technical development.
My name is Dmitry Kamyshov. I understand the product and the business processes behind it, design the architecture, and write code myself. When a team is needed, I lead it while keeping product decisions, architecture, and implementation aligned.
I prioritize long-term technical partnerships.
Ways of working together
I take part in product and technical decisions, design the architecture, develop key components, and lead the project’s technical development.
I lead the project from the initial idea and definition of its business logic through to the launch of a working product.
I set the technical direction, organize the team’s work, and carry development through to delivery.
I design the technical foundation around current requirements, future development, and long-term operation.
I also work in other formats: building websites, taking on standalone tasks, joining projects on an hourly basis, and working from an existing technical specification.
How I work
I first learn how the business actually works and connect the requirements to those processes. Then I design the architecture and write the code. When I change one part, I trace how that change affects the processes connected to it.
Look beyond the stated requirements to understand the business process and the outcome the system must deliver.
Align business logic, data, integrations, and code so that the individual parts operate as one.
Design the system for reliable operation, future development, and support after launch.
Experience lets me make decisions calmly and methodically, without guesswork or losing sight of how the parts fit together.
Responsibility
Everything explicitly agreed and implemented by me must work. If a defect in agreed functionality is caused by an error in my original implementation, I will fix it free of charge — regardless of how much time has passed.
I charge separately for new requirements and features outside the original task, and for work caused by changes to platforms, third-party services, data, infrastructure, or code written by other developers.
Continued development and ongoing support are billed separately. When a team is involved, I direct its work, remain personally involved in key decisions, and maintain a full understanding of the architecture.
Experience in facts
Of professional experience building digital products and business systems.
An orchestrator I developed receives and processes more than 50,000 orders every day from 15 external systems.
I have designed and implemented integrations between core business systems.
I have developed and launched B2B systems, retail solutions, and sales automation systems in multiple countries.
I design the architecture, develop key components, and lead the team that implements the system.
My products
For my own products, I shape the idea and business logic, design the architecture, build the system, and decide how it develops.
A platform for learning and teaching Chinese. It combines an HSK dictionary and knowledge base, a personalized worksheet generator, a pinyin converter, interactive exercises, and resources for creating learning materials.
A digital platform connecting parishioners and churches: online prayer requests, donations and targeted fundraising, a church map, service schedules, and management tools for participating churches.
A personal AI system for memory and retrospective life analysis. It preserves events, thoughts, emotional states, relationships, and decisions, then connects them over time. It helps people see how their lives have unfolded, which patterns recur, and what shapes the limits of what feels possible to them.
Professional experience
I have built systems that support the daily operation of businesses: data exchange between corporate platforms, B2B ordering, product assortment and pricing management, retail sales, and staff workflows.
I have designed data exchange between online stores, accounting systems, and corporate platforms, including SAP, 1C, and PrestaShop.
I have built platforms that companies use to manage orders, customers, product ranges, pricing, and internal operations.
I have developed tools for sales management and the daily work of store staff and cashiers.
I have set the technical direction, structured the team’s work, and led delivery for business projects in several countries.
About me
More than 15 years of hands-on development experience have taught me to read unfamiliar code quickly and understand its place in the system even without full context. I reconstruct the links between modules, processes, and data, then assess how a local change will affect the project as a whole.
I know what to check, which risks to consider, and where a change may reach beyond the visible part of the task.
Testimonials
I first met Dmitry in December 2019. Since then, an enormous amount of work has been completed and many problems have been solved that previous specialists had been unable to resolve. I can say one thing: you can trust him with any task. He will not simply complete it — he will take it apart down to the last detail and make it even better than you expected.
I am very glad I met Dmitry. He handled the first steps of our project brilliantly. He immediately fixed errors that other PrestaShop developers had been unable to solve. He approached the work professionally, offering valuable advice and recommendations. Every issue is resolved quickly and effectively. We continue to work together and plan to develop a new store in another country.
Dmitry is the most competent developer I have ever worked with. He is easy to work with, gets to the heart of a problem quickly, and delivers work that goes beyond the original brief.
